Welcome to Pig'Halle

Pig’Halle Restaurant is Perth’s favourite, traditional French Brasserie and the “piece de resistance” of one of Perth’s best known restaurateur couples,Paula and Herve Tabourel. This wonderfully authentic eatery was inspired by the couple’s favourite Parisian hot spot, Pig’Halle. Its sumptuous décor of rich, velvety red cushioning and sleek, black wood is set off perfectly with the apparently endless, mirrored wall depicting Paris’s Metro.

Pig’Halle is a very Parisian affair, it is informal and relaxed, but with an air of sophistication and style that the French do so well. You will find fixed prix menus for lunch and pre-theatre offering choices of one, two or three courses as well as an A La Carte menu that is served at both lunch and dinner.

Seasonal, local Perthshire and Scottish produce is sourced for the traditional French dishes that Pig’Halle’s loyal customers have grown to love. Pig’s Trotters, Steak Tartare, Bouillabaisse, Chateaubriand, Moules Frites… the list is endless! A good brasserie is all about the little extras. Our bread is baked fresh by sister restaurant Duo each morning and is served up with homemade pork rillettes and Herve’s own onion chutney to enjoy while you browse the menu.

You will find Pig’Halle listed in The Michelin Red Guide for 2014; an accolade that has made this labour of love worth every step of the journey.  We are also proud to announce our recent award from AA, regonising Pig Halle as a rosette standard restaurant.
